Job description
ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A Local Council based in Sydney's south west looking for a Administration Assistant to assist with the general day-to-day running of the team's operations function. 

ABOUT THE ROLE.
Immediate start, 3-month full-time contract. Working as part of the Operations team at the Council Works depot alongside another team member. 

DUTIES.
  • General reception duties including answering phone calls and managing enquiries inbox
  • Process timesheets and take meeting minutes
  • Manage office supplies inventory
  • Provide general administrative support 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration position
  • Experience using Content Manager (TRIM) advantageous 
  • High level of autonomy and sound problem solving skills
  • Prior Local Government experience preferable
